about

At 13, I reached the peak of my athletic career with an unexpected 3rd place in school hurdles. I took the hint and turned to the arts.
I completed a Certificate in Fine Art and a Degree in Graphic Design, and I’ve been working full-time as a designer ever since.
I started in advertising, packaging, and point-of-sale before spending over 20 years in publishing. In 2017, I launched LX9 Design.
My clients range from sole traders to large organisations, and I work closely with each one to develop thoughtful, effective design solutions that serve their business.
I have a particular focus on working with unions, not-for-profits, and education providers – organisations that make a real impact. I bring my extensive experience, flexibility, and a collaborative approach to every project.
Clients have included:
• Maritime Union of Australia (now a division of CFMEU)
• The Walkley Foundation
• Media, Entertainment, Arts Alliance (MEAA)
• International Federation of Journalists (IFJ)
• Australian Sonographers Association (ASA)
• University of NSW (UNSW)
• Australian Manufacturing Workers Union (AMWU)
• Chalk Systems

• Art Collector Magazine
• National Trust of Australia
• Art Collector Magazine
• Luxury Travel Magazine
• Out & About with Kids
• HQ Insurance
• Brown-Forman Australia

and many more.
I also contribute volunteer design services to not-for-profits when I can.
